Flexible working with Timewise
Work/life balance is important for wellbeing. Wherever possible, we’re flexible about time off and working patterns. We work with Timewise to make sure we’re getting flexible working right. And we’ve joined the Moving Up in Retail programme – an initiative focused on making it possible for people who work flexibly to progress in their careers.
But there’s plenty more to do. With the help of our customers and colleagues, we’ll continue to make B&Q a good home for everyone.
