Store Support Advisor
37.5 hours per week
£18,000 - £20,000

To provide a professional front-line support function for our store colleagues and installers regarding installations including, installation best practices and providing advice/support for customer resolution.
You will need to facilitate customer focused solutions to all enquiries whilst consider cost and impact to the brand. You will be responsible for tracking and monitor reports including customer satisfaction surveys. You will receive and respond to queries from installers and colleagues. Suggest and promote any ideas that may help to improve the service to both our internal and external customers. You will be required to support through to resolution, reviewing the issue and offering sensible solutions. You will need to support with systems enquiries. You will need to work with colleagues across the installation function to help and support them including sharing knowledge in your area of expertise to help drive service.
Required Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone with knowledge of MS Office. You will need to have excellent attention to detail as well as data entry skills. Customer service experience and be a confident communicator. Knowledge of the installation service industry or kitchen/bathroom/bedroom product is preferable but not essential.
