The person who gets to know all kinds of customers and understand their home improvement projects, before opening their eyes to what’s really possible. Sales will be important, of course, as will things like managing stock, setting up displays, and making sure your store looks great. But truly great customer service will be your main aim.

HR Administrator
Our in-store teams take incredible care of our customers. So you’ll do the same for them. Supporting with everything from work rotas and payroll to wellbeing and training, you’ll make sure our teams have all they need to care for our customers.
