It’s vital questions like these that the Marketing Coordinators, Proposition Managers, Marketing Data Analysts and other experts in our Customer and Marketing team set out to answer every day.

Creative and analytical, they help us understand and meet the needs of our customers. They define the B&Q proposition. And they manage how we communicate with customers across all channels, from in-store to online. It’s fascinating work that drives improvements you can see and feel in both sales and customer experience.
