Showroom Sales Consultant


With your previous sales experience, you’ll help our customers make informed purchasing decisions and provide the best possible service from start to finish. Meeting them in both our store and their home, you’ll ask the right questions to understand what our customers want, explore the best options and recommend the right products and services. We provide full training on our easy to use design software, so you’ll quickly be able to bring our customers’ ideas to life. Co-ordinating projects at every stage of the journey, you’ll engage with customers and focus 100% on meeting their needs.

Stock Finance Analyst


To ensure complete end to end stock integrity across all company stock balances, analysing stock data and driving sustainable improvements to overall company stock health. Acting as the key liaison point between Risk Prevention, Trading, Supply Chain & Logistics and KITS.

Replenishment Manager - Full Nights


Leading, developing and stretching your team, you’ll ensure everyone works brilliantly together to provide our customers with an unbeatable experience. Enjoying new challenges and high levels of responsibility, you’ll manage stock changes and make sure our shelves are stocked safely, efficiently and securely. It will be up to you to keep replenishment running smoothly and our shelves full of what our customers want. In this varied role, you’ll also explore new solutions and make informed decisions to help grow our business.

Store Support Office roles

Based just north of Southampton, our Store Support Office (SSO) works to support our colleagues and stores across the UK and Ireland. Our bespoke, modern and eco-friendly building houses an incredible team of talented people in a huge range of roles. They all work together to share innovative ideas and take our business, our colleagues, and every single one of our stores, forward.

Our SSO is home to an onsite gym, Costa coffee shop and subsidised canteen. It’s also home to teams ranging from Digital and Marketing to Finance and HR.
