Property Management Surveyor: 12 month FTC

From our Southampton Store Support Office, we equip our stores, our people, and our whole business with everything it takes to help our millions of customers create the homes they want. Join us as a Property Management Surveyor, and you’ll help us speak to all these customers, all across the country. Your role purpose would be to manage a portfolio of c.100 stores located in the North of England, Scotland and Ireland and ensure stores can trade to their full potential.

Digital Commercial Planner

Southampton

To support the delivery of sales generation opportunities for B&Q’s Digital Channel across categories, ensuring a clear plan is in place for each category which enables digital sales growth. Support the Commercial Manager and identify new sales and cost efficiency opportunities with relevant internal Category, Logistics, Kingfisher and external parties. Develop strong collaborative working relationships across all functions.

We’re thinking more ambitiously about how our stores can offer our customers even more. Creating a store within a store, you’ll get to think big too. You’ll make things happen – setting standards, coming up with ideas, and finding fresh ways to make your team and department the best they can be. You’ll keep customer service levels high and use your customer knowledge to spot opportunities to give them even more. It’ll be your department to run. But, because we’re so big on teamwork, you won’t tackle the challenge alone.

Store Support Office roles

Based just north of Southampton, our Store Support Office (SSO) works to support our colleagues and stores across the UK and Ireland. Our bespoke, modern and eco-friendly building houses an incredible team of talented people in a huge range of roles. They all work together to share innovative ideas and take our business, our colleagues, and every single one of our stores, forward.

Our SSO is home to an onsite gym, Costa coffee shop and large canteen, catering for a variety of tastes. It’s also home to teams ranging from Digital and Marketing to Finance and HR.
