You’ve got plenty of customer service experience, along with a love of all things home improvement. You’re flexible too – able to cover store opening hours on a rota basis, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. And, perhaps most importantly, you know how to keep a team motivated, engaged, and pulling together as one.

You’ll make things happen – setting standards, coming up with ideas, and finding fresh ways to make your team and department the best they can be. You’ll keep customer service levels high and use your customer knowledge to spot opportunities to give them even more.

Store Support Office roles

Based just north of Southampton, our Store Support Office (SSO) works to support our colleagues and stores across the UK and Ireland. Our bespoke, modern and eco-friendly building houses an incredible team of talented people in a huge range of roles. They all work together to share innovative ideas and take our business, our colleagues, and every single one of our stores, forward.

Our SSO is home to an onsite gym, Costa coffee shop and large canteen, catering for a variety of tastes. It’s also home to teams ranging from Digital and Marketing to Finance and HR.
