Digital Product Enrichment Manager


Accountable for defining & managing the acquisition & optimisation of product selling content across B&Q selling channels. Owner of the content principles and digital implementation with the responsibility for publishing clear, accurate and customer focused selling hierarchies and content across data and visual assets which reflect the brand, delivers strong SEO benefits, and helps our customer make informed purchasing decisions.

Showroom Sales Manager


In a role that’s as much about inspiration as it is about sales, you’ll set the tone for your showroom. You’ll make it a place where customers can come for brilliant ideas, quality products and great service. In fact, you’ll be their champion - understanding their bathroom and kitchen dreams, and then helping them bring their project together. To succeed, you’ll need to develop great relationships with your store team, your installation colleagues and, of course, every customer you speak to.

Department Manager


We’re thinking more ambitiously about how our stores can offer our customers even more. Creating a store within a store, you’ll get to think big too. You’ll make things happen – setting standards, coming up with ideas, and finding fresh ways to make your team and department the best they can be. You’ll keep customer service levels high, and use your customer knowledge to spot opportunities to give them even more. It’ll be your department to run. But, because we’re so big on teamwork, you won’t tackle the challenge alone.

Digital Customer Experience and Design Manager


To provide leadership for the customer design and experience across B&Q’s digital platforms. To be accountable for the planning, merchandising and evaluation of non -product, marketing, ideas & advice, service and brand messages, balancing benefit to commercial targets and customer needs. To lead cross category continuous improvements through data-driven evaluation and prioritisation of messages.

Store Support Office roles

Based just north of Southampton, our Store Support Office (SSO) works to support our colleagues and stores across the UK and Ireland. Our bespoke, modern and eco-friendly building houses an incredible team of talented people in a huge range of roles. They all work together to share innovative ideas and take our business, our colleagues, and every single one of our stores, forward.

Our SSO is home to an onsite gym, Costa coffee shop and subsidised canteen. It’s also home to teams ranging from Digital and Marketing to Finance and HR.
