Digital Content Specialist


Accountable for acquisition & management of product data & imagery for use in all selling channels. Owner of the attributes & values which make up the product pages, in-store labels & online faceted journeys which reflect the brand, delivers strong SEO benefits and helps our customer make informed purchasing decisions. Responsible for ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met for own category & that progress is communicated effectively to stakeholders.

Showroom Sales Consultant


With your previous sales experience, you’ll help our customers make informed purchasing decisions and provide the best possible service from start to finish. Meeting them in both our store and their home, you’ll ask the right questions to understand what our customers want, explore the best options and recommend the right products and services. We provide full training on our easy to use design software, so you’ll quickly be able to bring our customers’ ideas to life. Co-ordinating projects at every stage of the journey, you’ll engage with customers and focus 100% on meeting their needs.

Showroom Sales Manager


In a role that’s as much about inspiration as it is about sales, you’ll set the tone for your showroom. You’ll make it a place where customers can come for brilliant ideas, quality products and great service. In fact, you’ll be their champion - understanding their bathroom and kitchen dreams, and then helping them bring their project together. To succeed, you’ll need to develop great relationships with your store team, your installation colleagues and, of course, every customer you speak to.

Trading Space Merchandiser


To co-ordinate the Visual Merchandising and Space Analysis in all elements of the trading plan for each specific Trading area. To work closely with the Trade Planners in the Trading teams, the Visual Merchandisers and the Planogrammers to bring to life all aspects of the trading plan. Gather, understand, build and share space performance reporting for each respective trading area for both the Trading plan and range review activity. Enhance the customer experience by ensuring the right products have the right space in our estate.

Store Support Office roles

Based just north of Southampton, our Store Support Office (SSO) works to support our colleagues and stores across the UK and Ireland. Our bespoke, modern and eco-friendly building houses an incredible team of talented people in a huge range of roles. They all work together to share innovative ideas and take our business, our colleagues, and every single one of our stores, forward.

Our SSO is home to an onsite gym, Costa coffee shop and subsidised canteen. It’s also home to teams ranging from Digital and Marketing to Finance and HR.
