Our latest roles

Graphic Designer (Mid-Weight)

Working within marketing's in-house creative studio you will be responsible for the development and production of highly creative design solutions, mainly for print, that help deliver a competitive advantage to B&Q. You will develop your knowledge of our brand and combine it with a flair for presenting our products in fresh and innovative ways to deliver creative excellence across a wide range of communications: on time, on brand and on budget.

Night Replenishment Manager

A great communicator who can think clearly and make sound plans no matter how busy things get, you’ll feel right at home with us. You’re an organised and analytical thinker, and you know how to keep things simple. You also know how to motivate and direct teams – making sure everyone is happy and understands what they need to do. And you’re flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Showroom Sales Manager

In a role that’s as much about inspiration as it is about sales, you’ll set the tone for your showroom. You’ll make it a place where customers can come for brilliant ideas, quality products and great service. In fact, you’ll be their champion - understanding their bathroom and kitchen dreams, and then helping them bring their project together. To succeed, you’ll need to develop great relationships with your store team, your installation colleagues and, of course, every customer you speak to.

Legal Counsel

To be the senior Commercial lawyer within the Commercial Legal Team: managing legal risk and advising and supporting the Business on commercial contracts; data protection compliance; competition law; intellectual property and litigation matters (including commercial and consumer) and managing a team of two in-house solicitors.

Retail roles

Our customers are what our business is all about. And, in stores right across the UK and Ireland, we give them everything they want and need to improve their homes.

Whichever store you make your home, you’ll join a diverse team who care about creating good homes, and pull together to provide great advice and incredible customer service – making home improvement accessible to everyone. And, whatever your role, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to learn, develop and take on new challenges.

Store Support Office roles

Based just north of Southampton, our Store Support Office (SSO) works to support our colleagues and stores across the UK and Ireland. Our bespoke, modern and eco-friendly building houses an incredible team of talented people in a huge range of roles.
