No matter whether you join our store or Store Support Office team, you’ll enjoy a structured and involving induction that will get you up to speed in no time. You’ll also be able to create your own development plan and have access to some brilliant learning resources. And this will start before you even join, because you’ll have access to an onboarding website which will help you understand your responsibilities in Kingfisher and B&Q.

From bite-size factsheets and presentations to workshops and e-learning, we’ll give you the tools you need to build your knowledge. And we’re using more and more technology to make learning here even more flexible – enabling you to fit learning around your work, and learn in the way that suits you the best.
