Store Manager

Trading Team Manager
As a Trading Team Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing, inclusive team focused on delivering outstanding in-store service. You’ll drive commercial success across the core trading floor, overseeing stock management, range changes, and promotions. Using data and customer insights, you’ll conduct regular reviews to optimise performance. You’ll also support colleagues in developing product expertise and creating meaningful customer experiences.
Commercial Manager
As a Commercial Manager, you’ll lead an inclusive, high-performing team to drive profitable sales through retail and stock excellence. You’ll drive commercial delivery of the core trading floor, leading stock management, range changes, and promotions. By fostering a culture of ownership and accountability, you’ll empower teams across trading departments, overnight operations, and range change activity. With a strong customer-first mindset, you’ll ensure plans align with customer needs - with the right people, in the right place, at the right time.
Service Team Manager
As a Service Team Manager, you’ll lead a key part of the store operation, shaping the customer journey and driving service excellence. Through a team of Shift Leads, you’ll embed a ‘Make Every Customer Count’ mindset across the store. You’ll oversee safety, security, and compliance routines through your shift lead team, and lead the checkout and front-end teams to deliver fast, friendly, and reliable service - building brand loyalty and supporting future growth.
Sales Team Manager
As a Sales Team Manager, you’ll lead two key areas of the store — Showrooms and TradePoint — bringing together driven, customer-focused teams. You’ll foster a confident, proactive culture and coach colleagues to deliver strong sales performance. Using customer insights and data, you’ll identify opportunities and act quickly. You’ll also build lasting relationships with local customers, especially Tradespeople.
Sales & Service Team Manager
As a Sales & Service Team Manager, you’ll lead a large part of the store operation, driving both sales and service excellence. You’ll shape the customer experience through a team of Shift Leads, inspire a culture where every customer counts, and lead teams across Showrooms, TradePoint, and Front End. You’ll also oversee safety, security, and compliance, helping build brand loyalty and support future growth.
Hub Team Manager
As a Hub Team Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing digital fulfilment team, ensuring every home delivery is picked, packed, and dispatched with care. You’ll drive pace and quality across fulfilment operations, working closely with the Trading team to maintain stock accuracy and timely dispatch. Using data and insight, you’ll identify ways to boost efficiency and reduce errors - all to deliver a seamless store-to-home experience and grow sales.
