Our roles
Showroom Advisor
Sales matter in this role but your real focus will be on our customers. You’ll provide design inspiration, ideas and support – asking questions, exploring possibilities, and recommending the right products and services. You’ll quickly strike up relationships that help you really understand each customer’s dreams. And then, by drawing up designs and coordinating the resulting projects, you’ll make them a reality.
Sales Team Manager
As a Sales Team Manager, you’ll lead two key areas of the store - Showrooms and TradePoint - bringing together driven, customer-focused teams. You’ll foster a confident, proactive culture and coach colleagues to deliver strong sales performance. Using customer insights and data, you’ll identify opportunities and act quickly. You’ll also build lasting relationships with local customers, especially Tradespeople.
Sales & Service Team Manager
As a Sales & Service Team Manager, you’ll lead a large part of the store operation, driving both sales and service excellence. You’ll shape the customer experience through a team of Shift Leads, inspire a culture where every customer counts, and lead teams across Showrooms, TradePoint, and Front End. You’ll also oversee safety, security, and compliance, helping build brand loyalty and support future growth.
Sales Lead
As a Sales Lead, you’ll support the Sales Team Manager in building a high-performing, inclusive team across Showrooms and TradePoint. You’ll help drive sales by ensuring a seamless customer experience, deploying colleagues effectively, and acting as the first point of contact for customer and team escalations. You’ll also assist with data collation to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
