Tradepoint Sales Partner
As a TradePoint Sales Partner you will continue to make our TradePoint service even easier for both our existing and new customers. You will be responsible for driving business growth for TradePoint while delivering an exceptional level of customer service. This is a dedicated position which allows you to build and grow relationships with our trade customers both on and off site, providing them with all the materials and products they need from start to finish.
We’re thinking more ambitiously about how our stores can offer our trade customers even more. Creating a store within a store, you’ll get to think big too. You’ll make things happen – setting standards, coming up with ideas, and finding fresh ways to make your team and department the best they can be. You’ll keep customer service levels high and use your building and trade knowledge to spot opportunities to help your customers with their biggest projects. It’ll be your department to run. But, because we’re so big on teamwork, you won’t tackle the challenge alone.
Team Leader - Tradepoint
Helping to run a store within a store, you’ll make our trade offering stand out in a competitive market. You’ll get involved in everything from managing stock and planning your store to motivating and developing your team. You’ll also be given the freedom to get proactive about seeking out new business within the local trade community. And, crucially, you’ll build up strong relationships with local tradespeople – earning their trust and respect as well as their repeat business.
Customer Advisor - Tradepoint
The heart of the Tradepoint counter, you’ll deal with all kinds of trade customers every day. You’ll get to know them and their business – giving them the right materials and tools to get their jobs done, and spotting opportunities to offer them even more. As your knowledge about our full product range grows, you’ll be able to provide useful advice too. And you’ll take every opportunity to team up with other departments across the wider store.
