About the role

CRM Specialist (Customer Services & Experience)  

Turn complex interactions into powerful insights. 
We’re hiring a CRM Specialist to shape how we capture, structure, and use customer service data to continually improve our ability to deliver effortless customer experiences. You’ll design effective workflows, help our Customer Service teams capture clean and meaningful data, and build the framework that gives us a complete view of customer interactions. 

You’ll work collaboratively across teams, champion data quality alongside our Data teams, and evolve our CRM as the business grows. If you enjoy solving problems, working with systems, and helping others get the best from them—this role is a great fit. 

Team: Customer Service & Experience 

Reports to: Transformation Manager 

Salary: From £50,000 

Location: 🌍 Hybrid role – minimum 1 day in SSO per month + travel to our Cape Town partner site where required
