Quality & Compliance Executive  (Customer Service & Experience)

We’re looking for a Quality & Compliance Executive to support high standards across our customer service partners. You’ll identify opportunities, share insights, coach others, and drive continuous improvement through quality reviews and audits. If you enjoy problem solving, working collaboratively, and helping teams deliver great customer outcomes—we’d love to hear from you. (And if you’re into DIY, that’s a bonus!) 

Team: Customer Service & Experience 

Reports to: Training, Quality & Compliance Lead 

Salary: From £30,000 

Location: 🌍 Hybrid role – minimum 1 day in SSO per month + travel to our Cape Town partner site where required

Key responsibilities

Putting yourself in the shoes of our Customers. Reviewing the quality of customers interactions with customer services and sharing improvement insights; provide coaching to support consistency of customer experience. The rest of the details, we can talk through at interview! 

Required skills & experience

Comfortable reviewing experiences. Detailoriented and ability to look at what has happened vs. what should happen. Collaborative across functions to improve experience through representing the customer in every journey. The rest of the details, we can talk through at interview!
