Southampton, Store Support Office

Join us as an Affiliate Lead and you’ll be a big part of this. 

Role Purpose: You'll work with the Performance Media Planner Lead to shape and deliver an ambitious roadmap that leverages cutting-edge marketing strategies, technologies, and partnerships. From concept to execution, you’ll lead integrated affiliate campaigns that connect with in-market customers at the right moment—maximising profit and return.

Key responsibilities

● Define the Affiliates strategy, working closely with the Performance Media Planner Lead

● Campaign creation, management and optimisation

● Daily management of budget to maximise ROAS and revenue

● Build high-impact affiliate campaigns that drive traffic, revenue and acquisition

● Ensure the customer experience is relevant, seamless and aligned to brand goals

● Collaborate cross-functionally to support broader digital marketing initiatives

● Identify new opportunities and partnerships to accelerate growth

● Log tagging requests and work closely with IT

This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role – perfect for a strategic thinker with a strong track record in affiliate marketing who’s ready to take ownership of a major growth channel.

Required skills & experience

● Strong track record of managing affiliate programmes end-to-end across a range of verticals

● Confident leading strategy development and driving performance across affiliate and partner marketing

● Experience working with platforms like Impact, Awin, or similar affiliate networks

● Proven ability to manage and mentor team members

● Commercially minded, with a strong understanding of attribution, performance metrics, and ROI

● Skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to align affiliate activity with broader business goals

● Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working at pace with evolving priorities

● Strong communicator, able to influence internal and external partners effectively

● Up-to-date on affiliate trends, innovations, and compliance best practices
