People Operations Delivery Partner

You will play an integral role in the People Operations team, proactively managing and executing plans to ensure team alignment and enable the delivery our priorities and related activities. You will lead on projects as required, applying your curiosity and commitment to continuous improvement by analysing data and insights to develop recommendations that enhance efficiency and improve colleague experience.
Key responsibilities
- Own the creation and delivery of an integrated plan for People Operations which sets out what we need from our systems, processes and ways of working to be able to deliver the HR plan.
- Co-ordinate and monitor the progress of all relevant projects, providing updates as required, and escalating potential risks and issues impacting the delivery.
- Provide programme support for large programmes that span across the teams to ensure they are managed effectively and delivered on time, leading on projects where required. This includes managing the completion of DPIAs/ROPAs in line with GDPR, management of RFP processes and supplier selection.
- Liaise with the relevant stakeholders on future store developments to manage the process, timelines and actions required across the team to support any changes.
- Develop training and engagement plans to enable the team to implement and embed new HR systems and processes across the business.
- Identify opportunities to create synergies across the teams, implementing quick wins, and building other activities into the plan.
- Collaborate with UK HR and Tech teams to identify ways to use new systems, improve processes, leverage PowerApps, and share best practices.
- Analyse data and insights to identify opportunities to drive efficiencies, upskill roles/teams or make improvements to the colleague experience.
- Monitor performance and outputs through PIRs, listening groups, and audit compliance, identifying areas for improvement and putting plans in place to address them.
- Provide a leadership role within the team through facilitating team events and activities and coaching and training team members as required.
- Responsible for managing and facilitating forums and working parties which enable HR and Tech
- Teams to raise awareness of new systems requirements and sharing best practice
Required skills & experience
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain internal and external relationships.
- Proficient written communication skills, including experience drafting documents, materials, and project plans.
- Verbal communication and influencing skills, with experience presenting to senior levels and facilitating workshops and meetings.
- Ability to consult with and influence internal stakeholders to support business outcomes.
- Capacity to work effectively under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Planning and organisational skills.
- Experience of coaching and developing others.
