About the role

B&Q Foundation – Trustee

Remote Opportunity – Voluntary

The B&Q Foundation provides grants to charities across the UK to improve homes and gardens for people in housing need, and to supply home‑starter kits for individuals and families moving into permanent accommodation. Since the B&Q Foundation launched in 2020 it has distributed £9million to over 1,250 charities.

We are looking for a new Trustee to join the Foundation at an exciting time. Over the past year, we have sharpened our focus on improving homes, ensuring our grants create safer, more comfortable living spaces for people moving on from crisis.

We are seeking a Trustee with experience and expertise in housing and homelessness, and a genuine passion for improving lives by helping people access better, safer homes.
