Role Purpose: This role is designed for a forward-thinking supply chain professional who thrives on driving change, solving complex problems, and collaborating across functions. As a Supply Chain Analyst – Strategic Projects, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our Showrooms supply chain by supporting transformation initiatives, leading cross-functional projects, and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, resilience, and customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support strategic supply chain projects across the Showrooms category, delivering meaningful change and measurable impact
- Contribute to transformation programmes, helping redefine how we operate and serve our customers through smarter, more agile supply chain solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including Commercial, Logistics, and Group teams, to align on goals and drive progress
- Work closely with Group Logistics to support near-sourcing and consolidation initiatives that improve lead times, reduce costs, and enhance supply chain resilience
- Co-create a vendor collaboration programme with Group, using data and insights to strengthen supplier relationships and performance
- Provide analytical insight into forecasting, inventory health, and supply chain KPIs to inform strategic decisions
- Identify and recommend new ways of working with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, reduce complexity, and unlock value
- Explore and innovate, with the freedom to challenge the status quo and contribute to the evolution of our supply chain proposition
- You may be required to undertake other duties from time to time
Required skills & experience
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a Supply Chain, Merchandising or Logistics role, ideally within a retail or FMCG environment
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables across multiple initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across teams and levels
- A solid understanding of supply chain fundamentals, including forecasting, inventory management, supplier performance, and logistics
- Familiarity with supply chain systems and tools (e.g., SAP, forecasting platforms, Power BI, Excel)
- A passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and transformation
