Just as our stores are essential to B&Q, Central Operations are essential to our stores. From planning all activity that goes into store, ensuring change is scheduled at the right time and with the right equipment, to developing our deployment model for our colleagues, and implementing range reviews, our Central Ops team are there at every stage of the process. Our Retail Trading team provide the essential link between stores and Commercial, while our unique ‘Orange Team’ provide our store colleagues with dedicated help, support and guidance.

Finally, Asset Protection sit here too, working at the front line to reduce stock loss, and eliminate theft and fraud.

So if you’ve got plenty of retail experience, and know your racking from your refunds, you could be central to the team too.
